Today we're celebrating Coy and Luke on their 4-year anniversary at JR Metal Works.

Being cousins, they've always worked well together, but over the last four years they've each carved out their own path and made a real impact on our team. From tackling tough projects to stepping up whenever the job demands it, they've helped keep JR moving forward every day.

Thanks for everything you've both put into this company over the last four years. We're proud to have you on the team and excited to see what's next.

Red, white, and blue was the dress code last Friday, and our team didn't disappoint. 🇺🇸
To celebrate the Fourth of July, we held our Most American Outfit contest, and Linda took home the win! She went all in and earned the title of Best Dressed.
A little friendly competition, a lot of American pride, and another great day with an awesome team. Congratulations, Linda!🎉

Woohoo! Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Christian!

A year ago, Christian walked through our doors fresh out of trade school. Since then, he's developed into a talented young machinist with a drive to keep learning and improving every day.

Over the past year, he's taken on new machines, new processes, and new challenges without hesitation. The growth we've seen from him in such a short amount of time has been impressive. Now he's adding machine programming to his skill set and continuing to build a strong foundation for a successful career here at JR.

Christian also takes pride in his work area and the shop as a whole. He helps set the standard by keeping things clean, organized, and ready for the next job. That level of ownership says a lot about his character.

We're proud to have Christian on the JR Metal Works team and excited to watch his career continue to take off.

Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Eric! 🎉

Over the last year, Eric has completely changed the game for JR Metal Works. As our Materials Manager, he has transformed the way we handle materials, improved processes, solved challenges, and helped keep our operation running at full speed.

His work ethic is second to none. Whether it's tackling problems before they become issues, keeping materials flowing through the shop, or finding ways to make us better every day, Eric consistently goes above and beyond.

We're grateful to have someone as dedicated, hardworking, and committed as Eric on the JR team. Thank you for everything you've accomplished in your first year. We can't wait to see what the future holds.
