Part 3 of this Old Town Key West project by NexNova Construction as the framing phase moves forward and the interior layout begins to take shape.

New wall framing is now in place, clearly defining the spaces and reinforcing the structure. This stage is an important step in preparing the home for the next phases, ensuring everything is properly aligned and built for long-term durability and performance.

Part 2 of this Old Town Key West project as the home is fully gutted and prepared for the next major phase.

All interior materials and flooring have been removed, exposing the full structure. Column forms are now in place as the house is lifted and prepared for concrete to be poured. This step is essential to ensure proper elevation and long-term stability moving forward.
