As mother nature persists, we have made the difficult decision, for the safety of our employees, that we will be closed Sunday March 15th & Monday March 16th due to many travel advisories, warnings and white out conditions. With that being said our office will be still taking calls and do the best that we can. We will be only servicing the immediate City of Kiel for emergencies. We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Monday will be a day monitoring and determination of what we are able to do with the weather conditions. We thank everyone for continued patience and will update.

Well mother nature sure has her spats at times. As we all know she can be very particular as to what she thinks she want to do. As the forecast changes with this storm, you may see a shift in some of our services. If she shifts badly, which we are all expecting by the grocery store parking lots, we will make changes to our service availability. As of now, city of Kiel has enacted Snow Emergency. If this storm is to do what's predicted, we may only be available for the immediate surrounding area and possible closure for Monday to keep our employees safe as travel is not recommended during this storm. We will do our best to call all customers with concerns they have. In that mind set, you can do a few things to keep your furnace running smoothly such as change furnace filters and make sure you check those vents outside. If they are blocked, they can't breath and your furnace won't work. Keep an eye on them as the snow fall continues. We will keep you updated tomorrow. Please be safe and always listen to what your forecasters and local officials are telling you. Be Safe & Buckle Up!!!

We want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas! We hope all your wishes come true! Our office will be closed Wednesday December 24th starting at noon returning Monday December 29th for our employees to spend the holiday with family. However our phone will be up and running and we do have technicians available for those who require immediate assistance. We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying your summer. And of course with that being said, the 2 J's (Jason & Jaime) are in need of some deserving time off. They will be out of the office Friday August 22nd - Saturday August 30th. Of course they will still have their amazing crew out for service needs. They may not answer the phone immediately while they are out, just leave them a message and one of them (Jaime) will get back to you at their earliest convenience. Well it's that time of the year again where the 2 J's (Jason & Jaime) seem the need to not want to work lol. Although they still will! Our office will be closed Friday May 30th returning back on Monday June 9th. Geesh how dare they!! However they will still keep the guys up and running as usual. Please see hours of operations during that week.

* Office closed but will return calls on an as needed basis.

* Technicians available Monday June 2nd - Thursday June 5th for those who need assistance.

* Friday June 6th - Sunday Sunday June 8th unfortunately the office & shop will be closed.

Of course we will return calls when service is permitted, accordingly or when they get back from whatever they are doing. We do ask for patience during this time as some calls may be returned on Monday June 9th when they return to the office. Have a safe and wonderful week!
