We provide service and parts for your all your hydraulic aerial equipment, bucket trucks and digger derricks. We are trained, and certified with 26 years of experience for preventative maintenance, safety, transfers of truck mounted equipment and ANSI compl
iance certification. Two service trucks for on-site inspections, repair and scheduled maintenance. Services
•We do preventive (PM) inspections, ordinary repairs, and overhaul-transfers on all makes and models. We also have two service trucks for on-site repairs.
•Can supply you with parts for all aerial devices and all digger-derrick trucks.
•Repair or overhaul all hydraulic tools. We sell hydraulic tools, stable braid rope, fiberglass buckets and other accessories.

History
In 1983, Frank and Sylvia Trofimchuck started this business. They combined parts of their first names to form the company name, FRANSYL EQUIPMENT CO. Frank had worked in this industry for another company prior and was fully trained and certified. Frank was also a licensed pilot and owned his own plane. Sylvia worked with him at the shop as an office manager. The company is now owned by Alan Ray, Sylvia’s son. He has worked for Fransyl for 26 years and is a certified hydraulic specialist. The shop is located in Kieler, WI, 10 miles from Dubuque, Iowa off Hwy 151, near Dickeyville, WI. continue to be dedicated to their customer’s needs. Our primary goal is to assist the customer in maintaining their equipment through timely maintenance, quick repairs, and required safety inspections.
