Diamondback Energy Services is excited to be able provide a solution to a situation that has historically put employees in a situation that could result in an incident. Common practice requires the floor hands to install a TIW valve into the tubing to be able to isolate the the string. Now with this technology the employee is not exposed to the risks associated and the tubing can be properly isolated from a safe distance. Through innovation and the technology this equipment offers, we set out to revolutionize the Well Service Operations.

Diamondback Energy Services is excited about bringing Automation to the Workover Rig space. It will not only bring a safer environment for workers, but it will also save the employer and customers cost related to incidents. Attached is a breakdown of the direct and the indirect costs that are associated with a typical incident. The multiples that one incident costs in indirect costs are astounding. Diamondback Energy Services is excited to announce that we have partnered with Prostar Energy to bring the first proven automated workover rig to the United States. This new level of workover rig technology truly creates a cultural shift in safety! Through automation and the ability to operate on a reduced crew size, this technology has given the ability to remove workers from potentially hazardous positions that, up until now, were thought to be inherent to the job. We look forward to seeing the safety improvements this will provide in the US to our valued customers.

Diamondback Energy Services is an oilfield services company looking for new team members. We would like to add the following:

1) administrative assistant to our team that understands Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, has Quickbooks experience, and can smoothly navigate excel and word.

2) administrative assistant that has some HR experience, can work with ADP, has working knowledge of payroll, and can smoothly navigate excel and word.

These positions require a quick learner who understands the importance of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

We have plans for extensive growth and these positions will grow with the company while adding value and support to the existing team.
If selected, the applicants will work a 40-hour week, will be issued a laptop and be eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, dental, vision and Aflac. These positions will be conditional pending a 60 day trial period. Pay rates will be based on industry standards but experience will be taken into consideration.
