Front Desk Sales & Scheduling
Holbrook’s Precast, Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales & Scheduling representative.
Responsibilities
• Conduct business with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule and coordinate product deliveries
• Develop a working knowledge of products stocked in our yard to provide customers with accurate information
• Invoice products leaving the yard using QuickBooks
• Prepare and provide customers with estimates
• Assist the Estimator/Bidder with scheduling and coordination
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, production staff, and office personnel
Additional Office Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic IT and computer-related issues within the office
• Assist with inventory and product counts when the Office Assistant is out of the office
• Perform other administrative and office duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
• Professional and friendly customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Comfortable working with computers and office software
• Experience with QuickBooks and EXCEL is preferred
• Ability to learn and understand construction and precast concrete products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in sales, scheduling, customer service, or an office environment is preferred
