Here are some site photos from our Malvern residential addition and interior renovation project. The Burns crew is framing both the master bedroom addition on the back of the house and the kitchen extension on the side. They are also installing joist hangers, finishing the floor decks, and preparing to go vertical with framing the shell of the structures.

Burns Construction is happy to complete this tenant fit out project for our upscale men's barber shop client in Collegeville RAZRBAR ~ Fine Grooming For Men!

The scope of work included select interior demolition, interior floor trenching for underground plumbing & electrical along with:

- Carpentry: bar, work stations, wash stations, kitchenette
- Supply & install building standard, stained grade wood doors
- New drywall
- New 2x2 & 2x4 ACT ceilings in existing grid
- New VCT flooring and vinyl wall base
- Paint
- Egress & ADA signage
- Plumbing for new restroom & kitchenette
- UG to wash stations
- HVAC Work: New flex duct allowance; G/R/D’s to accommodate new layout
- Electrical Work: power distribution, lighting, new exit devices & emergency lighting
