We are proud of what we do and the innovations we are creating, so when we get the chance to show them off to visitors, we take it. Such was the case when we recently hosted Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon to our headquarters in Radnor, PA, which included a tour of our Innovation Hub. Her visit also included an employee-town hall where she addressed employee questions about things that mattered to them, Arkema, and our industry. She also expressed her thanks for our ongoing workforce development programs.

We are grateful for her visit and for every lawmaker who takes the time to see one of our facilities and learn more about how Arkema is helping build a more sustainable future.

Over the past year, four Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School work-study students have been part of our teams, honing their professionalism, confidence, and real world experience. Their contributions have made a lasting impression on everyone they worked with. We are grateful they had a chance to share their experiences and and we were proud to see them share their experiences, growth, and accomplishments.

This partnership continues to be incredibly meaningful for Arkema. The time and investment we make in these students comes back tenfold—enriching our workplace and strengthening our connection to the community.

We’re immensely proud to share that Behnaz Ghaffari, Senior Research Scientist with Arkema, has been named to Chemical & Engineering News’ (C&EN) 2026 Talented 12 - one of the most prestigious recognitions honoring rising stars in the chemical sciences.

Behnaz is recognized for her innovative work inventing more sustainable fluorochemicals and advancing solutions that support a more sustainable future, selected from a competitive pool of innovators around the globe.

The Manufacturing Institute (MI) helps the manufacturing industry close the skills gap and build a more inclusive and innovative workforce. Each year, its recognize women who are making a significant impact across manufacturing roles and disciplines.

We were proud to celebrate 145 manufacturing trailblazers at the 2026 STEP Ahead Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., including our honoree, Shasta Johnson. She is among a distinguished group of leaders recognized for their exceptional work ethic, dedication, and professionalism.

From operations managers and safety specialists to demand planners and leaders of digital transformation, these award recipients are shaping the future of manufacturing. Their leadership helps ensure safe, efficient operations, supports sustainability goals, and drives progress in an evolving landscape.

We are pleased to share that the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE: Inspiring Plastics Professionals) has named Dr. Jason Lyons, Arkema's Global Market Manager, HPP Specialty Polyamides, as the recipient of its 2025 President’s Cup Award, recognizing more than 25 years of exceptional service and leadership within the Society. His long-standing contributions include manufacturing, engineering, and technical leadership.

The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) is a global professional organization dedicated to advancing plastics engineering through knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development. Basically, the SPE works to ensure anything and everything that contains plastic, which is almost anything and everything, is the best it can be.

Congratulations to Jason on this well‑deserved honor and on the lasting legacy he has built through mentorship, service, and innovation within the plastics engineering community.
