Philadelphia Gear® has an over 45,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located in New Castle, Delaware. Our Northeastern regional service center has the expertise and capabilities to repair complex industrial gear drives. Our experts have specialty expertise in load boxes, accessory drives, marine turning gears, and more. Some of our facility’s key features include:

- Various test stands including the capability to test cooling tower gear drives up to 2,500 HP
- Load testing up to 1,500 HP
- Overhead crane capacity up to 25-tons
- Multi-axis milling and boring capability
- Gear grinding (up to 2 meters)
- Large disassembly and assembly bays equipped to handle inspection, repair, and overhaul gearbox services
- Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) capability
