A lot of damage caused by this little Steam sparge tube. All of the steam injected into the boiler fill tank was directed to one side of the tank, putting a small hole in it, and causing a small leak. Contaminants from the tank and sparge tube made their way in to the pump that fills the boiler and ate away at the impellers and bearings.

Interesting install from a few years ago. Customer was going for the industrial look in this horse barn that was converted into a house! Ceilings were left open and he wanted exposed duct work.

5 ton air handler, hydronic heating coil, ductwork retrofitted with UV disinfection lights. And an EWC controls multi-zone control board. This is used to separate the master suite from the children's bedrooms, each have their own dedicated Honeywell thermostat.

Install we did a few years ago. Hydronic heating coil added to the air handler, they provide a very efficient way of keeping your home warm in these New York winters!
