I know this page hasn’t been very active lately, but after the storm damage that has affected Kingsley, Moville, and surrounding areas, we wanted to reach out to our community and let people know we’re here to help.

Few sneak peeks of a project we are doing outside Lemars, Iowa for Kevin Sargisson (KSCustomsTrucking). We started with an elevated concrete patio with landscape blocks paired with a really cool set of custom rounded concrete steps. We also did a hot tub pad and a sidewalk with some neat design features that lead to an awesome sitting area around a blocked fire pit. We are currently installing an egress window and then some retaining wall block around the house! Finished product pictures to follow!

House addition outside of Kingsley, IA that turned into new siding and windows for the entire house and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. This project felt like it took forever! Between getting the underground power moved for us to dig the basement (local county power company), the weather this past spring, being busy, and just trying to be at 5 places at once, it was a relief to finish this for the home owner. The home owners were absolutely amazing to work for! From putting up with us having to jump in and out at times, to Barb’s breakfast egg muffins (I think is what we called them), to lastly the social beers after hours with Steve!
