Got build-up?
We see it all the time – Outdoor HVAC units SMOTHERED in grass clippings, dirt, leaves, twigs, and other yard waste! You couldn’t breathe under all that stuff, neither can your HVAC coil.
Time to have a talk with whoever maintains your yard – they need to direct the mower away from your HVAC, trim up all the foliage and branches encroaching on the outdoor unit, and blow away everything that might get caught up into, and interfere with the operation.
If you do have some build-up, it’s time to get one of our team out there to clean that coil properly and professionally, to keep it running at its best, most efficiently and safely.

Many thanks to everyone who donated non-perishable foods in May and June. We have some of the best people as customers, plus staff and business partners. We really appreciate you all!
We were able to donate eighty five pounds of food, and Donna donated $425 directly to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee as a “matching” effort.
Every dollar now provides 5 meals to community members that are in need. Food insecurity is very scary, and we are so thankful to be able to make a difference in our community.
