This is the second phase of a comprehensive home renovation. Phase one involved remodeling the main floor last fall. This phase focuses on the basement, where we have removed all existing elements down to the studs, relocated three walls, and started anew. All drywall features a knock-down texture. A drop ceiling with can lights surrounds the space. The bathroom and laundry area include a drop-down folding table. The space also boasts deluxe vinyl flooring and new shelving in all closets.

The entire main floor was remodeled in this home. All the walls were opened up to the studs by removing the existing paneling. New drywall was put in placed and then we applied a knock down texture. The bath was completely demo'ed. All the interior and exterior doors were replaced. New trim, baseboards, and crown molding were installed. Set a large picture window in the living room and opened up space for a new window in the dining room. For the kitchen we kept the cabinets with new paint and hardware, changed the counter top, sink, cook top, dishwasher, and lighting. Everything in the bathroom is new. New paint all around and new flooring throughout. For the front porch the railings were painted red and new screens were installed.
