The build out started in December of 2022 By Element Construction is proud to share the work we did building out the Greensea space in Plymouth! Scheduled to finish in July of 2023, it ended up ahead of schedule and finished in May.

“Greensea IQ is a marine and robotic navigation company that was founded in 2006 and has been dedicated to developing cutting edge technology for underwater exploration and inspection.”

Greensea, whose HQ is located in Vermont decided to move their production facility down to Cordage Park in Plymouth, MA in 2020. Turning the old 10,000+ square foot fitness center into a place where they could now walk their robots down to the ocean for further testing. The run down fitness center was transformed into a brand new work space to build and also test the robots indoors. With 17 new offices, conference room, cafe, new restrooms with showers and a mezzanine looking over the losing dock area. Greensea also decided to break through existing suite into the new build out to transform into overall one big work space.
