🛠️Responsibilities:
• Installation and replacement of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties
• Installation and replacement of ductwork (flex, sheet metal, ductboard)
• Ability to assess job site requirements and select appropriate tools, materials, and parts
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards

📋Requirements:
• Experience as an HVAC installer
• Intermediate English proficiency (able to communicate with customers and read instructions)
• Valid driver’s license

🏆Compensation & Benefits: * Company vehicle can be provided
• Personal tools are preferred but not required
• Compensation based on a percentage of job profit
• Options available: subcontractor (1099) or W2 (hourly rate + commission)
• Competitive and fair pay based on local market rates
