ONE WEEK until Carmel Farmers Markets and Fishers Farmers Market! We have the nicest spring bok Choy! Expect beautiful marigold planters, many herb and garden plants, ever bearing strawberry plants, and maybe a little bit of asparagus. Our farm has been drier than most of the surrounding counties for the last month; last night’s rain along with whatever storm we get on Monday night should help push things along. In the mean time, our favorite thing about dry weather is staying ahead of weeds!

The greenhouse is packed and now we are waiting for the field to dry out a little more so we can get going. Clay soil takes patience. Looks too wet for tomorrow. On Saturday I’ll be at Carmel Farmers Markets with herb plants. Hoping for Monday to be the day!
