Gorick Construction has recently removed the pedestrian bridge at the 47 Market St parking garage, and it is now undergoing preservation efforts. The pedestrian bridge, which was once part of the 47 Market Street Parking Garage in Oneonta, has been divided into two sections and is currently under the ownership of two local businesses committed to its preservation.

Gorick Construction has recently undertaken the demolition of a 29,574 square-foot former car dealership situated on 27 Market St. in Oneonta. This property had remained vacant for an extended period, and both the building and its surroundings have been declared hazardous and unfit for use.
