This is exactly what I’m talking about, guys. If you’re in business and providing a service, strive to be the best at what you do. Deliver excellence in every aspect from the moment you answer the phone to speak with a client to the moment you pick up the final check. The entire experience should be exceptional.

Of course, not every project goes perfectly. While most follow the plan, there will always be challenges And not every client will take the time to send a thoughtful letter like this along with their final payment, But when they do, it’s a reminder that your hard work and dedication are paying off and confirming that you’re on the right track.

So keep pushing forward. Strive not for perfection, but for excellence.
