The results of a clogged drain line can be pretty bad when it's not caught in time. This customer hasn't been able to be home and had someone check the house to find this damage. Preventative maintenance is something you don't want to skip while things can happen things like this can also be prevented by having your system checked to ensure a clean drain line and properly working safety switch on your drain line.

With hurricane season approaching this customer wanted to ensure their house had AC if the power went out. By adding these soft starts to their systems they are able to use their generator to power their house and units. Soft starts are good for more than just being able to run your AC with a generator they also help with the wear on your unit as well as help with energy costs by dropping your amps draw on start up. Here you can see some before and after readings of how much they drop the amp draw.
