Timber bulkhead repair! The whalers on a 12’ section where snapped, top cap was missing, the wall was bowing, and (8) tiback rods where rusted through. We repaired (8)tie back rods with new stainless steel. Replaced top and bottom whaler. Straightened the wall back out. Replaced the filter fabric and added a missing top cap. Backfilled with clean sand.

Eventually, our age catches up with us all, and a little maintenance is needed. Our church building is no different it seems 😉.
There was some foundation sagging in the social hall and Wild Swan Construction and helped us out by raising the floor and repairing some cracks in the wall. Thank you so much for helping us out, and a for doing such a great job.
