Progress continues on our garage conversion to a fully functional mother-in-law suite. The foundation and CMU block work have been completed, along with the interior and exterior framing. The floor has also been raised to match the existing home’s finished floor elevation, ensuring a seamless transition between the original structure and the new living space.

Our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades are now beginning their rough-in work, marking another significant milestone as the project moves steadily toward completion.

A beautiful day for collecting soil samples and ensuring that we are building on solid ground.

We love the opportunity to work with our local community. Knotts Island Baptist church called us out to assess a spongy floor.
The WSC Team crawled in the crawl space to evaluate the issue and determined they were in need of a v***r barrier and joist repairs. We then removed the rotted subfloor in the serious problem area and replaced it. Then topped it off with new LVP flooring. We didnt just repair the problem, we stopped the problem in its tracks, all in time for vacation bible school.

The Wild Swan Construction team had the exciting opportunity to bring this bathroom back to life.
We completely gutted the entire bathroom down to floor joist, repaired the found plumbing errors, replaced the subfloor, added LVP flooring, repaired the drywall and painted, and topped it off with replacing the tub with a walk in shower and built in shelves.

Customer had an extremely compromised subfloor due to a water leak. The WSC team removed and replaced the damaged subfloor until no more water damage was detected, evaluated the floor joist, repaired the remaining plumbing leaks, then topped it off with new Luxury vinyl flooring.
