This little bunk house was one of the projects I worked on with Dale. I remember jokingly telling him that if I had seen my future remodeling this house, there would not have been an “I Do”. We took every board off the inside of this house out & numbered each one so they could all go back the exact same. This little house had no insulation but it did have a huge active honeycomb & mice p**p that had to all be removed before we could insulate therefore the not saying “I do”😆after wheelbarrows full we finally got it all out & bleached. Vacuumed out every nook & cranny & got it insulated. Added on a bathroom & septic system. Turned out to be a real cozy space with original Murphy beds in the walls, original fireplace, & the original front window. Jim Rich knows all the history this little house has. Oh if these walls could talk. Jim came to this house as a little boy with his grandad. Sue Ann of course made it feel like home. Bringing places like this back to life is so special.
