We have been actively engaged in Valparaiso, undertaking the construction of a 4' gothic fence. Initially, we removed a tree line and followed up with the removal of a substantial amount of old concrete stone foundation material from the visible pile. Additionally, we cleared a significant quantity of roots and rocks, with the expectation of encountering easier digging conditions soon. Upon completion of the removal process, we graded the area to prepare it for grass seeding, which will occur after the fence posts are permitted and installed. We look forward to sharing future progress updates.

Our team has been highly productive today in downtown Laporte. We were on-site conducting deck repairs and preparing for a fresh coat of paint. Unfortunately, sometimes the stain method is not optional, but we will restore this classic home to its former glory regardless of the process. Tomorrow, we will commence rebuilding handrails and painting and installing the newly repaired newels.
