We wanted to take a minute to let everyone get to know the family behind Tennessee Valley Heat & Air.

We’re Tyler and Kaitlyn, proud owners of the business. Tyler was born and raised in Walland, Tennessee and has always been very mechanically inclined, and our family is proud to carry on a third-generation HVAC company.

We’re also thankful for our amazing employee Cody. He’s a hard worker, highly skilled, and truly cares about serving others well.

Everything we do is for our family. Our three children Liam, Logan, and Hannah and for the families and businesses were blessed to serve.

We’re Tyler and Kaitlyn Teaster, proud owners of Tennessee Valley Heat and Air, established in 2023. Our company proudly carries a third-generation legacy in the HVAC industry—built on integrity, craftsmanship, and family values.

Our story began in the early 1960s when Kaitlyn’s grandfather, Dennis Mayes, entered the HVAC field with a passion for quality work and education. Today, Dennis continues to lead Tennessee Valley Technical Programs, keeping HVAC education and excellence at the heart of what we do.

Continuing that tradition, Kaitlyn’s father, Kevin Rougeau, owned multiple successful HVAC companies and now manages TVTP Training, mentoring the next generation of HVAC professionals.
