We are excited to be part of the apartments, Yardley Flats, at the new downtown multi-use baseball stadium, that will serve as a catalyst for redevelopment in East Knoxville.

Yardley Flats, a 236-unit luxury apartment homes will include a state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool that will overlook the baseball stadium, large patio areas, bike storage, and cyber lounges has just been put out for bid.

Phase 1 of 4 is officially complete at Pine 25 North End in Charlotte, NC!

The multifamily development consists of 295 units with unique layouts to meet everyone’s needs.

Buildings 1-4, are traditional apartment style buildings, that are surrounded by buildings 5-14, which are built to serve as a more personal style carriage house with attached garages on the ground level.

In total, this 235,052sqft project has 14 three-story buildings with 63 garages spread across the property.

Phase 2 allows the opening of our wonderful Amenity area which includes; the Leasing Office, Workroom, Mini-Model Room, Mail/Package Room, Fitness, Yoga Room, Clubroom, Pool, and public restrooms with access from the pool or clubroom.
