This is an Entry level job into the Construction industry. Think of this as a paid apprenticeship. You will be placed on a job site with one of our master craftsmen where you will learn the ins and outs of each job while helping with job site tasks. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement in pay and position as you learn. Daily tasks include:
cleaning and prepping job site
cleaning and prepping equipment
assisting with installation or removal of flooring,drywall,plumbing,framing both residential and commercial

lead team member in charge of assigned projects, mostly being residential remodels and new construction additions, occasionally light commercial remodels. Must follow scope of project and report any additional work needed in a timely manner. Will be responsible for reporting daily activity and keep project on schedule. Must have experience and references in the industry. Master craftsperson will be expected to be highly proficient in finish carpentry, drywall installation, drywall finishing, plumbing ,electrical, and rough carpentry. Must have vehicle capable of hauling equipment needed for project as well as personal tools with the exception of large specialty tools needed which will be provided.

This has been quite the restoration in the midst of a global pandemic, we've had delays in materials, delays on inspections and just about any thing else you can think of, but we are almost 100% complete. We can't wait for this family to be able to be back in their home and enjoy it for many years to come. This project has been in the care of every hand in our company and we're pretty proud.
