The new Health Professions Building at Austin Peay State University, a four-story academic building, establishes a foundation for healthcare excellence, featuring advanced labs, active-learning classrooms, and specialized collaborative spaces.

Our scope included installing high-efficiency HVAC systems and clean-air solutions throughout the building, with components ranging from large air handling units, capable of generating over 90,000 CFM each, to heavy lab exhaust systems weighing more than 10,000 pounds.

Progress keeps moving at this educational project as our plumbing crew continues overhead work throughout multiple sections of the building.

With steel and structural work moving along, our team has been installing PVC and copper piping across this 200,000+ square foot campus. Lots of coordination and teamwork going into this one as the project continues taking shape.

The view from above of the new ARU we installed highlights the scale and impact these systems have on industrial projects.

Air Rotation Units are built for warehouses and distribution centers, where maintaining consistent temperature and humidity can be a challenge. By continuously circulating air, they stabilize conditions across large spaces while reducing overall energy demand.

This installation reflects the planning and coordination required to execute complex mechanical scopes. From layout to startup, our team focused on getting the system installed the right way, delivering a result our client can rely on.

Work is officially underway at the Walmart Supercenter project in Maryville, TN, with underground layout activities in the automotive and garden center areas moving forward on schedule.

Our crews are making strong progress on drain, waste, and vent systems across multiple areas of the building, reflecting the coordination, craftsmanship, and teamwork required to keep large-scale projects moving efficiently.

As this development begins to take shape near the Great Smoky Mountains, our team remains focused on delivering each phase safely and proactively.

Our team recently came together for another FourSeasons training session focused on connection, communication, and continued growth.

The day included safety training focused on reinforcing the standards and field practices that keep our projects running safely and efficiently. Safety is foundational to how we operate and remains a key part of the way we plan and execute work every day.

At FourSeasons, we believe the best projects come from strong partnerships, collaborative work, effective communication, and performing every job the right way.

The installation of these PVI Durawatt electric water heaters at a higher education project in Chattanooga is a good example of what we can achieve as a team. We approach every project with a proactive and problem-solving mindset, focusing on overcoming challenges and delivering mechanical systems that our clients can rely on long after the turnover.
