Our team was invited to the 2025 Armstrong Quality & Service Review at their headquarters in Pennsylvania. We were introduced to new products and technology that would blow your mind. After some golf and baseball outings, we also toured the Marrietta tile plant. Here, we joined in a series of quality and product assessments for feedback to their development department. It was an eye-opening experience, and we appreciate all the knowledge.

Flatrock Motorclub's Clubhouse is coming along nicely. Both the Christman Company and Flatrock really outdid themselves at the Topping Out Party. Food and merchandise were provided, and each guest got a fast lap around the course. Such an exciting day!

We are so happy to be part of The Sunsphere's new Welcome Center project. There's not a more iconic structure in the Knoxville skyline. Like many local businesses, Proffitt & Son's participated in the original construction of the 1982 World's Fair.

Last year, I attended the Builders Exchange of Tennessee High School Construction Competition. I was so impressed that this year, I became a board and committee member and participated as a judge. There is no better way to prepare the younger generation for these important trades.

The Beauford Delaney building located next to the new Smokies stadium is going up fast! We couldn't be more excited to be a part of this project.

The Delaney building — named for Knoxville artists Beauford Delaney — rises above the Old City and the future Covenant Health Park this morning.

When complete, Delaney will be nine stories tall, housing condominiums and retail and restaurants on the ground floor. This level will open onto the main, public plaza on the western side of the stadium.
