SMC Construction Services is 10 years old!!! We've had several customers over the last 10 years, several have been repeat customers, and even more have become friends. Thank you to all of you for choosing us for your projects! Without you we wouldn't be celebrating 10 years of business. Thank you to my wife for putting up with the long hours, long days, and for your unwavering support! Let's keep it going for another 10 years!

Well.....we should let the cat out of the bag. If you haven't heard of or checked out the new Knoxville Preservation Foundation yet you should. They recently purchased this big old rundown house and they have a vision to restore this house and return it to the beautiful house it once was. They have hired us as the General Contractor for this project! This is going to be a massive undertaking and will be a huge project. We are so excited to get started and to be able to a big part of the restoration of this home! Stay tuned to our page and their's for updates on this project.

We just finished this beautiful deck & patio project over by Pella. We removed the entire old and rotting deck and the old patio. Poured a new, bigger patio and built a new deck topped with Moisture Shield Cool Deck composite decking and some bronze AFCO aluminum railing. Thank you to the Korbels for being repeat customers and having us do this project for them!

The McKay Group recently purchased the old bank on the Pleasantville square for their new Pleasantville location. We are honored to have been part of this project for them! We transformed the old outdated looking bank into a new, sleek, and modern looking office space for them. Welcome home to the Haning house! We just finished up this stand-alone condo custom built home. The home features just under 3000 sq ft finished, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room with a kitchenette, and a large kitchen & island with quartz counters. A huge thank you to Pat for having us build her new home and we hope she enjoys it for years to come! Welcome home Pat!!!

Finished up this beautiful new house and turned over the keys to the Clark family tonight! Approximately 1965 sq ft finished between the 1st & 2nd floors, 3 car garage, 3 bedroom & 2- 1/2 baths. It also has a home office with a vaulted ceiling. A stunning custom tiled shower & tub in the master suite. The kitchen features taller wall cabinets, a huge island, and quartz counters with a tiled backsplash. When we started planning this build, the Clark's had 1 big request. They wanted in before Christmas, and we made it by Thanksgiving! A huge thank you to all my amazing subcontractors who had a part in this build. Most importantly, thank you to the Clark family for trusting us to build your dream home! We hope that you and your family enjoy this for many years to come!

A couple of nice days without rain gave us the opportunity to get this deck project done. Removed the entire old deck, built a new stronger frame, and topped it off with MoistureShield composite decking and aluminum railing. Thank you to the Reid family for allowing us to build this new deck! We hope they enjoy it for years to come!

What's better than having the opportunity to build someone's dream home? Having the opportunity to build 2 at the same time! The pictures are the start of the 2 houses! House #1 has the basement walls poured and if we can get a break in the rain, the plumbing & basement floor will go in next week. House #2 was dug yesterday and next up is the footings and basement walls.
