We are thrilled to share our most recently completed project at the premier Tennessee National Golf Club in Loudon, TN. The project featured the construction of 2 beautiful new structures. A state-of-the-art golf pro shop and two-story clubhouse, which includes common areas, dining facility and entertainment lounge as well as locker and meeting rooms.

Our goal at Blaine Construction is not to build one project for a client but rather to build a long-term relationship. A great example of this type of relationship is well underway in Morrison, TN. Blaine Construction is honored to be the design/build contractor for McNeilus Steel’s third project in the State of TN. This 237,000-sf facility includes six crane bays the full length of the building, a railroad spur through the building, process equipment pits, and office space.
