We will be having a Graduate Association for MABE (GAME) meeting tomorrow Friday, April 17th, at 3 pm in Dougherty 409.

This meeting will cover some of the outreach opportunities we have planned and carried out this semester. We will discuss the opportunity to help plan and fund additional outreach modules. We will also be discussing the department shop needs and how the department is planning on providing for these needs. Additionally, we will be conducting our first department lab tour. Graham Taylor and his fellow lab members have agreed to lead a tour of the Bioinspired Materials & Transduction Laboratory!

GAME will be hosting the 2nd annual 2nd Creek Spring Cleanup Sunday April 21 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Meet in parking lot S7 behind Dougherty and across Dougherty. We are having a cookout afterwards on the engineering hill. Hope to see everyone there one day before Earth Day!

GAME will be hosting a meeting in SERF 307 on Jan 17th at 12:40 pm. We will discuss our plans to recommend changes to the math requirements and handbook along with changes to the seminar class taking effect next year. Please come join us!

GAME will be holding a planning meeting Wednesday the 31st at 12pm in DO409. Anyone interested in becoming more active in the group is encouraged to attend.

Pictures from the 2nd Creek Clean Up have been added to the UTK MABE Grad Student Association group, so be sure to check them out! Also, thanks to those who showed up. It was a huge success and would not have been possible without you!

Just a reminder that the 2nd Creek Clean Up is scheduled for this Friday, April 6th at 10:30. There will be waders and pickers provided on a first come first serve basis. AND lunch will follow on the Engineering Hill outside of SERF.
