CONSTRUCTION LEAD + CONSTRUCTION HELPERS NEEDED
Chuck’s Home Improvement & Construction – East Tennessee

We are hiring both an experienced Construction Lead and Construction Helpers to assist with residential construction projects in the Knoxville, Loudon, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee areas.

Most of our work involves decks, exterior framing, outdoor living structures, and residential construction projects.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Construction Lead
Pay: $20–$25 depending on experience
• Lead small crews on deck and exterior framing projects
• Read and interpret plans
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards
• Communicate with management and crew members

Construction Helpers / Laborers
Pay: $15–$20 depending on experience
• Jobsite cleanup and material handling
• Assist carpenters and crew members
• Basic construction tasks and support work
• Help keep projects moving efficiently

WORK INCLUDES

• Custom deck construction (wood and composite)
• Exterior framing
• Structural repairs and rebuilds
• Outdoor living structures
• General residential carpentry

REQUIREMENTS

• Construction experience preferred (deck and framing experience a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Must be dependable and ready to work

These roles will begin as 1099 project-based positions with potential for continued work as projects expand.
