Custom home built on a family farm for a fourth generation to play on, grow up, and moo with the cows. We brought the owners thoughtfulness to design to reality. From the statement lighting to the focal points that were created. They had the vision and we created it.

This custom home has been a delight to build. The posts on the front porch are from the land the home sits on. Their Pappaw had prepped the wood years ago and Kent had the pleasure of putting the posts together. Now every time they pull up the sweet memories of family is always present. The homeowners built on the land that has been passed down from two generations.
We have so enjoyed building this home for this family. Keys will be handed over very soon as we put the finishing touches on tomorrow.

Hefner Building has been working hard on this family home. The land owners came to us to help make the decision if the lot in an existing subdivision was buildable. The lot is in a flood zone. One call to our trusted surveyors to help us stay out of the flood zone and tell us how deep we could build.
Here we are 12 1/2 months later. We have been working hard to get this two story with a finished basement ready for the family to move in.
Six bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, granite galore, custom down to the cabinet hardware, and yes spiced rum trex for the deck.
Just gorgeous, it takes a team to make all come together. Kent and I have the absolute best team of subs and their employees that make our family business the best. We hire family businesses to work with our family to build for the families that choose and trust us.
We now have a new family residing in the beautiful city of Maryville, TN.
