Some projects stick with you for reasons that have nothing to do with the equipment.

This couple has spent decades building their cabin themselves, taking their time, learning as they went, and doing things the way they wanted them done. Now, as they bring in a few trades to help finish the job, we got to be part of it.

There’s something pretty inspiring about that kind of patience and determination. Build it yourself. Keep going. Do it right.

They’ve been documenting the whole journey in a scrapbook, and after our install they sent us the photos they took for our page.

We’re genuinely honored Phoenix gets to be a small part of a home with this much story behind it. 🧡

A full comfort upgrade, built to handle East Tennessee’s weather swings.

This 16 SEER2 inverter dual-fuel system pairs an efficient heat pump with gas backup, so the home can lean on the right source of heat as conditions change. New indoor equipment, new controls, new outdoor setup, and strong manufacturer coverage to back it all up.

We know. You’re tired of hearing “change your filter.”

And honestly, you might wonder… how much difference can a little dust on a filter really make?

Well… this much.

A severely restricted filter makes your system work harder to move the air it was designed to move. Over time, that added strain can contribute to overheating, frozen coils, blower issues, higher energy use, and premature wear on MAJOR components.

And it’s not just about the equipment. A filter that’s overdue for a change can also affect your indoor air quality and allow dust and debris to circulate where you don’t want them.

That little rectangle of pleated material is doing a lot more than people realize.

So yes, we’re going to keep saying it. Change your filter. Your HVAC system will thank you.
