The City of Knoxville condemned , acquired and then resold  this beautiful Victorian Home in Old North Knoxville. The new owner hired High Oaks Construction to restore the vintage home. The house was on the brink of devastation, some even saying it to far gone. Slowly but surely we are bring it back to it glory.
