Just finished up lots of items at a historical house in San Marcos. It consisted of replacing wood trim, cleaning and sealing the bathroom and kitchen tile, installing a digital lock on a storage closet door, painting some concrete, sealing holes on the on the exterior of the house, replaced a rotten facia board, made a cover for an electrical panel, repaired and reconnected an AC duct to a room, replaced tile on the side of a tub. Everything turned out great and the customer is super happy.

This was a fun little project. I was tasked to conceal power cables on top of the beam. and also to install a beam over the dining room table to hang a light fixture. The home owner was super happy with the finished product.

Its very gratifying to see a project after a couple of years of use still looks amazing!!
