Good morning!
We are currently booked out through Feb 1 2025! At this time we cannot take on new clients. There are a lot of great locally owned HVAC companies that will not price gouge you or create fake urgency. I really appreciate everybody who has supported us through 2024. If we performed work for you previously, please reach out with issues and I’ll be out as soon as possible.

I work alone, and I do the best I can and appreciate your patience.

Excited to announce the big changes this week at GrinHouse HVACR!
🆕🚐
1. We now have a dedicated service vehicle! This will help us stock components to make standard repairs all summer! Less trips to the parthouses, more late night restored cooling. This also allows us to be more efficient when installing your new Rheem, Day N Night, Durastar or Mitsubishi equipment.

2. We officially have our first Apprentice.

Please welcome Adam P. to the GrinHouse HVACR family! 😀

Adam completed his first week diving in head first to the HVACR trade. He already is a great culture fit. He is expecting his first child with his wife May and we are excited for them and I am very optimistic that Adam will crush it and exceed expectations. If you haven’t worked in the heat, it is an adjustment so Adam got the day off today, to recharge from the nonstop runs we’ve been making all this week.
Adam when asked why he wants to get into HVAC and work for a family owned business like GrinHouse HVACR?

“I want to support my family and help the company grow because I believe in it. I want to help people.”

Adam served in The United States Marine Corps as a Motor T operator/mechanic in Okinawa, Japan. We Met at MEPS in 2018 and ended up in the same platoon at Parris Island. Adam has always been a solid, family oriented work horse and that is actually what we do at GrinHouse HVACR!
