It takes time to bid jobs. Free estimate aren’t free. They take time. Lots of time. Steve is meticulous with his estimates. He tries to do everything by the book and considers everything that goes into the project to give the potential client the most accurate price. I love to watch him work, create his drawings, and hear him on the phone meeting with subcontractors to provide the best possible ‘free estimate’ he can provide. This one is probably going on a weeks worth of time and he’s not done yet. He will meet subs in person, review the project, and make updates as necessary. When considering the contractor for your next job, I hope you’ll consider Steve. He really does amazing work.

Recent work completed by Stephan Dean Residential Remodeling & Repair. A client purchased a new home and asked Steve to come in and remove wallpaper, repair drywall, paint, add crown molding, replace toilets, add an A/C vent, install tile around the fireplace, add a new mantle, and install a new light. The updates really modernized the home.
