Our team has been busy installing the roof panels and insulation, followed by a temporary roof membrane while work continues.

A big thank you to Access Scaffolding for providing the safe access needed to carry out this stage of the build.

Following the installation of the oak frame, the external timber cladding is progressing, the windows and doors are in place, and the roof structure is taking shape.

This week marks one of the most exciting stages of the project so far, as the bespoke prefabricated oak frame arrives on site and construction begins.

This project has transformed from a completed foundation into the first recognisable form of this exceptional new home.
