- HELP WANTED -
ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT/SUPERINTENDENT WANTED for Commercial Construction
- Ability to work closely with Field Manager and Inside Project Manager and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
- Hands-on experience with All Phases of Commercial Construction, including site layout, vertical and horizontal standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required to convey directions, track progress, and uphold quality standards.
- Capable of operating skid steers, mini-excavators, and lifts.
- Background in commercial carpentry is highly preferred.
- Administrative responsibilities will include field documentation, safety enforcement, and daily reporting at a minimum.
- OSHA 10 or be able to pass OSHA 10 in 60 days.
