Doricon 2026 - The year the Discord made it out of the house! The highlight of my weekend was being surrounded by friends and there’s far too many to tag. Car and driving wise this weekend was probably the most rough weekend I’ve ever had haha. I decided to try some acclera tires and got extremely demotivated to drive because they kept delaminating basically instantly. I ended up driving Friday night and all day Saturday on a very used pair of Kendas and had no issues. I’ll never not drive on Kenda Motorsports USA tires ever again. Since i wasn’t really able to drive much Allar the lead engineer at Wisefab was giving me suggestions on changes to make to the car so i just switched my focus from driving to that! We were able to make some pretty drastic changes. Unfortunately Saturday night i went to drive with a buddy and we dodged 2 spin outs on the same lap but the 3rd got us. I was in the perfect spot to not be able to see the car in front of him spin as i was diving in to get on his door and ended up backing into his door trying to stop. He needs a door and i need some quarter panel work. I needed a refresh anyway but i wasn’t planning on body work haha stuff happens, I’ll get it fixed up and I’ll be back out there! Thanks to everyone who bought gloves, stickers and hoodies. This was a VERY expensive weekend for me and it really helps offset some of the cost! I’m not sure how much I’ll be drifting next year, i have some pretty big goals that I’d like to make happen and this sport is getting more and more expensive. I do feel like i need to go out one more time and have a good driving weekend to redeem my self tough! Big shout out to Jason Richardson for putting in all the work behind the scenes to make this event happen, that guy works harder than anyone can imagine! Thanks to everyone who came up and chatted!
