📍 Gonzales, LA

Evergreen Industrial Services is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Shop Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background working on Class 7 & 8 trucks, enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and take pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

🔧 Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks, pumps, and heavy equipment
🔧 Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
🔧 Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, brake, steering, and drivetrain systems
🔧 Maintain repair records and preventative maintenance schedules
🔧 Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
🔧 Travel to various petrochemical facilities as needed

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 5 years of diesel mechanic experience
✅ Experience with Class 7 & 8 trucks
✅ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
✅ Complete set of mechanic's tools
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✅ TWIC Card required
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
