We had a great time celebrating the season at our company Christmas party this past weekend, with more than 50 of our field and office leaders in attendance along with their significant others. 🎄

It was an opportunity to come together as a team, reflect on a strong year, and recognize the people who made it possible. We were proud to honor our peer-nominated Newcomers of the Year, Nicho Ramirez, Matt Jacobs, and Ponciano Garcia for their outstanding contributions. We also congratulated Landon Foster, recipient of our President’s Award, for his exceptional leadership, commitment, and impact.

This past weekend, we hosted our 5th Annual Bayou City Crawfish Classic with over 200 of our amazing employees and their families!

Each year, this tradition gives us a chance to step away from the office and jobsites to reconnect, have fun, and celebrate our shared success.

A special highlight this year was recognizing three outstanding team members for their service milestones:

Last month BCI kicked off another Air Separation Unit (ASU) for a customer in Northern Arkansas. BCI's scope includes grubbing, excavating, backfilling, drainage, foundations, paving and duct banks. We look forward to seeing this project take shape!
