Two patios in one backyard. The first patio extends off of the house with a roof mount, LED lights and fans to create an outdoor living space. The second patio will serve as an outside kitchen with a barbecue island. It’s a freestanding insulated roof with a fan and LED lights. We love creating space for our customers. Mike, the owner, came to meet us for our initial inspection, he was very thorough and educated us on the process in details. After we signed the agreement, Mike and his project manager Edgar came and measured everything multiple times before permit submission. We live in LA county and we wanted everything to be permitted. Stephanie in their office went through so many hoops to get us the approval. We also did multiple design modifications, and Mike and his team was always patient and gave us great advice. When comes to installation, Edgar made sure everything was done right and checked it twice. Edgar and his crew worked fast and clean, they handled all details with care.

We're so happy with our patio, couldn't imagine a better outcome. Above & Beyond Patio team truly goes above and beyond for their customers!"
