This project is from a while ago, but worth sharing. We built 2 of these Information Kiosks for American Classic Homes. The development is called "Avana Trails" in Renton. It was cold that day! Ever dig a 12" diameter x 24" deep hole in frozen dirt? Twice??? Great fun!

Stairs, stairs, stairs......Mitch has been busy building lots of stairs. But this week these custom beams were a unique project Mark built for a replication project for a home out on Gravelly Lake. Not sure what to call them but they are huge and impressive!

The guys finished a pair of 8' doug fir arches this week. Scissor joints in the middle are matching perfectly.

Concrete stair system for Avana Trails in Renton: The stringers are 4 x 12 and 6 x 12 pressure-treated wood, outfitted with heavy duty metal brackets. Once the stringers are positioned, the concrete treads are bolted into place from below. Can you say "HEAVY DUTY"?
