Jaxon recently graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Finance and will be returning to UL this fall to pursue his MBA.

He is beginning his career with Moncla Workover & Drilling, working in accounting and field sales and gaining valuable experience on both the business and operational sides of the company.

For us, this photo represents so much more than three generations of Monclas standing together. It represents a legacy built over decades, lessons passed from one generation to the next, and the excitement of watching that legacy continue into the future.

We couldn’t be more proud of Jaxon and are excited to watch him learn, grow, and make his own mark on the family business.

Moncla P&A is hard at work plugging a leaking well for one of our customers just 30 feet from a home in a residential neighborhood.

This well was previously plugged by another contractor approximately eight years ago, but the plug ultimately failed, resulting in a leak.

Our highly experienced P&A Supervisor evaluated the well, safely pumped out the standing water, matted the location, and rigged up to begin drilling out the failed plugs so the well can be properly re-plugged in accordance with current standards.

Over the past three years, Moncla P&A has successfully plugged and abandoned 297 wells, demonstrating our expertise in safely and efficiently handling projects of all sizes and complexities. From residential neighborhoods to remote marsh locations and high-pressure wells, our team is committed to protecting people, property, and the environment.

Another Successful Test Run!

Moncla Workover & Drilling recently completed another successful test of Superior Performance Inc. innovative PowerCyclone filtration system, this time upgraded to a 4-inch High Pressure Debris Unit capable of pumping 36 barrels per minute at 15,000 PSI, powered by three of Moncla's double pump trucks.

This advanced filtration technology continues to demonstrate outstanding performance and is scheduled to be utilized by valued clients in the GOA and Internationally, marking another exciting milestone for Superior Performance.

We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Superior Performance as they continue to develop innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry. We wish them continued success and look forward to supporting the next phase of this exciting technology.

Test Run Success! 🚀

Moncla Workover & Drilling had the honor of conducting a two-day test run on Superior Performance's brand-new, state-of-the-art filtration system at Moncla’s Training Well Facility—designed to remove mud and sand for a cleaner, more efficient production process.

During the trial, the Dorothy 1 Filter delivered outstanding performance, pumping 22 barrels per minute at 1,200 PSI, powered by two of Moncla’s double pump trucks.

A big thank-you to the team at Superior Performance Inc. for trusting us with the opportunity to put this innovative technology to the test. Exciting things ahead for clean, efficient well production!
