CREW LEADER: CERTIFIED STRUCTURAL WELDER/FABRICATOR NEEDED:
Tri-Esco, Inc. is looking for a Certified Structural Welder/Fabricator to join our team as a Crew Leader. Tri-Esco, Inc. is a local Industrial Construction company that serves Lafayette/West Lafayette and surrounding areas. As such, our team members do jobs for many different types of companies/institutions, including local factories, Purdue University, and many commercial businesses in this region. All applicants must have a valid drivers license. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Individuals should be self-starters and able to multi-task. As a construction company, our employees get to experience a variety of projects, at multiple jobsites. Come join us and sharpen your skills or add a few new ones! The position is full-time with probable overtime. There will occasionally be weekend work. The position is generally Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. unless additional overtime/weekend work is required on a job-to-job basis. The following experience is needed:

Crew leader experience needed includes, but is not limited to:
• Experience running a crew of at least 3-6 people
• Ability to coordinate daily tasks with crew based on job schedule
• Assure crew is following all appropriate EHS/OSHA guidelines
• Working hands on with crew to complete jobs on schedule
• Assure all jobs are completed to the highest quality standards
• Ability to communicate with customers on site as needed

Welder/Fabricator experience needed includes, but is not limited to:
• Experience is metal fabrication, including structural steel is required
• Experience in MIG welding is required
• Experience in Stick welding is required
• Experience in Tig welding is preferred
• Experience in Overhead welding
• Experience in Vertical-Up welding
• Ability to do/learn other construction labor when required.

Tri-Esco, Inc. is looking for a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team.
Tri-Esco, Inc. is a local Industrial Construction company. As such, our team members do jobs for many different companies/institutions, including local factories, Purdue University, and many businesses in this region. All applicants must have a valid Class A CDL drivers license and a good driving record. Applicants will need to be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse for pre-employment drug screening. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug/alcohol screening in accordance with the FMCSA, along with a current DOT physical. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals should be self-starters and be able to multi-task. The position is full-time with probable overtime. There will occasionally be weekend work. The position is generally Monday - Friday day shift unless overtime/weekend work is required on a job to job basis. The position is not over the road. Our drivers are home every night! Pay is based on experience. The position is paid by the hour. The applicants will be required to perform any or all the following duties (but not limited to):

*Haul scrap with a Semi/Dump Trailer
*Haul heavy construction equipment between job sites.
*Haul construction materials such as steel/stone, etc. between job sites.
*Operate Semi's, Tri-Axle and Tandem Dump trucks.
*Perform all pre/post inspections
*Properly secure all loads
*Utilize Log Books
*Follow all FMCSA Compliance rules.
*Follow all OSHA Compliance rules.
