ral preservative that is both rot and insect resistant. Cypress is capable of withstanding the elements without a finish of any kind, though a periodic coat of oil will keep the wood looking fresh longer. Cypress is also a very stable wood, with little shrinking or swelling throughout the changing seasons. While cypress is a good choice for indoor and outdoor furniture, it is often rare because of the maturity of the trees. All of our inventory is reclaimed. Cypress is a preferred wood for cabinets, fire place mantels, door frames, doors, benches, tables, desk, chairs, shutters, columns, porches, flooring, walls, counter tops, bar, fencing, gates, butcher block, shelving, headboards, out door structures like pool house, camps, patios, benches, porches, steps, barns, garages, decks, bridges and more.
