20 years calls for a little celebrating. And pie. Lots of pie. 🥧🎉

September 12 is officially Engineering Innovation’s 20th anniversary!

We’re incredibly grateful to have reached this milestone and even more grateful for the people who got us here. Many members of our team have been with Eii for 15 years or more, while others have been here since the very beginning.

A lot has changed since 2006. We’ve grown our team, expanded from our roots in mail into parcel and warehouse automation, and watched our technology evolve right along with the industries we serve.

Getting to celebrate 20 years together is pretty special.
Thank you to our employees, customers, partners, and everyone else who has been part of Eii’s story. We’re proud of what we’ve built together, and we’re excited to see where the next 20 years take us.

Check out our newest article covering the lessons we’ve learned so far.

Happy 20th, Eii! 🎂❤️

One of the best things about Parcel Forum is hearing what's changing across the industry. Every operation is a little different, but we tend to hear the same themes over and over: Labor is harder to find. Volumes keep growing. Customers expect faster turnaround.

Everyone's looking for ways to do more without adding complexity.

Those conversations help shape how we think about automation and the solutions we build.

If you're heading to Parcel Forum this September, stop by Booth #309 and tell us what's going on in your operation.

We always enjoy comparing notes, sharing ideas, and helping people think through challenges, even if automation isn't the answer.

See you in Orlando!

As we wrap up our 2026 trade show season, we're saving one of our favorites for last: Parcel Forum.

From September 14-16, we'll be in Orlando at Booth 309 talking all things parcel.

If you're dealing with growing order volumes, labor challenges, awkward packages, or you're just curious about where automation fits into your operation, stop by and say hello.

No sales pitch required. We love hearing what people are working on.

If Parcel Forum is on your calendar, add Booth #309 to your list. We hope to see you there!

"Do. Or do not. There is no try."

The more ambitious team members set out early this morning to kick-off National Postal Forum in the May the Fourth 5k.

As you can see, they had a blast-er!

Shoutouts to Alvin Serrano for taking 2nd place in a full Chewbacca look... in the Arizona heat.

Amanda Kirschner, USPS, and the one who organized the race, took 1st in her division.

Sam Leinbach, EasyPost, came in 2nd for his division.

If this is how NPF starts, it's going to be a good week.

If you're here, stop by and see us at booth 917 starting tomorrow.

We'll be there. How about you? Visit us at booth 917!
