Rubicon Mortgage Fund, LLC recently closed a $2.65 million refinance for a multi tenant retail building in Gilroy, California.

The loan addressed a maturing first position loan that had fallen into default and required coordination with a subordinating second position lender. Our financing provided the borrower with time to complete building improvements, stabilize the property, and execute a planned sale within the next year.
