Get to Know Haley Rougeau – Accounting/Marketing Assistant
Haley first joined Petroleum Co-Ordinators, Inc. in 2013 as a part-time receptionist while attending college. After graduating, she moved away to gain valuable professional experience before returning to PCI in 2024 as the Accounting/Marketing Assistant, where she combines creativity, organization, and attention to detail to support multiple areas of the company.
In her role, Haley assists with a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities, including employee onboarding, payroll, invoicing, MSA contracts, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Whether it's a routine task or a special project, she's always willing to jump in wherever she's needed.
In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Haley manages PCI's social media platforms, creates marketing materials, develops the monthly company newsletter, and helps showcase the people, culture, and projects that make PCI unique. She also oversees onboarding, payroll, and invoicing for Petroleum Operators, providing support across multiple divisions of the company.
A proud graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations in 2017.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever she can, and playing beach volleyball. She currently resides in Lafayette, LA, with her husband, Devin.
