Get to Know Meghan “Jean” Lucas – International Administrator
Jean Lucas has been with Petroleum Co-Ordinators, Inc. since 2022. Since joining the company, she has quickly expanded her knowledge and responsibilities, progressing from a full-time Receptionist to her current role as International Administrator.
Jean manages the day-to-day operations of PCI’s international entities, Petroleum Co-Ordinators Mexico and Petroleum Co-Ordinators Trinidad. Her responsibilities include overseeing financials, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, invoicing, and working closely with legal and financial representatives in each country to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to government standards. In addition, Jean supports international projects in locations such as Suriname, Côte d’Ivoire, and other global markets where PCI operates.
Beyond her international responsibilities, Jean also oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll for Petroleum Operators and Environmental Technologies.
Before joining PCI, Jean worked in the fashion industry, where she managed customer service, marketing initiatives, and warehouse operations. She is a proud graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School, where she was a member of the Rebel R***e Dance Team. She continued her education at the University of Memphis, where she was also a member of the collegiate dance team, before transferring to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While at UL, Jean earned her degree in General Studies and was an active member of Phi Mu Sorority, serving as both Recruitment Chair and Chapter President. Most recently, she earned her Accounting degree from Louisiana State University of Alexandria (LSUA) in December.
Outside of work, Jean stays busy with her two children, ages five and three. She enjoys teaching dance at Dance Graphics, thrifting and antiquing, and supporting the UL Lafayette Phi Mu chapter as its current Chapter Development Advisor. She currently resides in Lafayette, LA.
